WHO ARE WE?
Midori is your bag insert bag organiser tailor next door, you name it, we do it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CUSTOM MADE AN INSERT?
We had included as many listings as we could in our website. However, as we know, there is just too many bags in the market, hence there would always be bags that we had missed out.Â
You can always reach out to us via email or IG to discuss on your needs.
Before that, do get the below details ready.
- Photo of bag, Front view, side view, Top view(with bag open)
- Name/Model number of bag and/or
- Dimension of bag(please follow the measuring guide, it is available in all of our listings)
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE INSERT RECEIVED ARE TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL?
New inserts are generally stiffer, do give it a good crush to allow easier fitting.
Put your hand into the insert and line it against your bag lining, fitting it corner to corner.
if all fail, please send us the insert dimension, we will check against our record.

Lastly, for bag dimension error, there would be no refund nor exchanges, as we will indicated clearly in all our listing, you would have to check and ensure that your bag dimension is as per what we had listed. If there are difference, you would have to reach out to us within 24 hours of your order, otherwise we will make as per the indicated dimension.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT AFTER PLACING OUR ORDERS
All inserts are hand made upon receiving the orders. It would be ready for shipping within 7-10 business days.
Once it is ready, it will be send off to our logistic partners the following working day. As we are not the postman, we are unable to share when exactly the parcel will be delivered to you, but we are sure they will try to deliver them to you the soonest possible 😉
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAD DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
All completed orders will be indicated with their respective tracking ID.
For local courier (Singapore), we are using Qxpress for delivery, you can trace your parcel through https://www.qxpress.net/
For Global shipping, we are using our national postage carrier Singpost, hence all Global shipping will be managed by your national postage carrier.
For all return parcels, due to wrong addresses, do reach out to us and pay the top up delivery before we will resend again.
If no reach out received, your items will be released in the sales section.

WHY ARE THERE SALE ITEMS SINCE ALL INSERTS ARE MADE UPON ORDERING?
Yes, you're correct, all inserts are made upon ordering. However, we do have instance of return mail/cancel orders/wrong order made and others.
In order not to waste the inserts made, we had put them up as sale items, but not to worry, the inserts are not of any poor quality. Do bear in mind, the offered pieces are not open for customisation.
