WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CUSTOM MADE AN INSERT?
Custom Bag Insert Requests
We have included as many listings as possible on our website. However, given the wide variety of bags available in the market, there will inevitably be some models we may not have listed.
If your bag is not listed, you are welcome to reach out to us via email or Instagram to discuss your needs.
Before contacting us, please prepare the following details:

Clear photos of your bag: front view, side view, and top view (with the bag open)

Bag name/model number (if available)

Bag dimensions (please follow the measuring guide provided in all our listings)
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE INSERT RECEIVED ARE TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL?
Insert Fitting Guide & Policy

New inserts are generally stiffer. We recommend giving them a gentle crush to allow easier fitting.

Place your hand inside the insert and align it against your bag lining, ensuring it fits corner to corner.

If fitting remains difficult, please send us the insert dimensions so we can check against our records.
Important Policy on Bag Dimensions

Please note that errors in bag dimensions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All dimensions are clearly indicated in our listings. It is your responsibility to verify that your bag measurements match the listed dimensions before placing an order.

If you notice any discrepancy, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, we will proceed to make the insert according to the dimensions stated in the listing.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT AFTER PLACING OUR ORDERS
Production & Shipping Timeline

All inserts are handmade upon receiving your order.

Production takes approximately 7–10 business days.

Once ready, your parcel will be handed over to our logistics partners on the next working day.
Delivery Updates

As we are not the courier, we are unable to provide the exact delivery date.

Rest assured, our logistics partners will do their best to deliver your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
Order & Delivery Information

All completed orders will include a tracking ID.

Local courier (Singapore): We use Qxpress. Track your parcel at https://www.qxpress.net/.

Global shipping: We use DHL. Tracking IDs will be provided once your order is completed.

Taxes: Any applicable import taxes will be communicated directly by DHL upon arrival in your country.
Return Parcels (Wrong Address)

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, please contact us and pay the additional delivery fee before we resend.

If we do not hear from you within 7 working days from the date of our email, your items will be released for sale in our sales section.

WHY ARE THERE SALE ITEMS SINCE ALL INSERTS ARE MADE UPON ORDERING?
Sale Inserts
All inserts are handmade upon ordering. However, in some cases—such as returned mail, canceled orders, or incorrect orders placed—we may have extra pieces available.
To avoid waste, these inserts are listed as sale items. Rest assured, they are of the same quality as our regular products.
Please note: sale inserts are not open for customization.
